The University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s Department of Visual Arts presented the 2024 Fall Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Senior Exhibitions, where they showcased the capstone work of graduating seniors. The exhibition ran from November 25 to December 4 in the Fletcher Hall Gallery, with an opening reception on Monday, November 25.

By taking inspiration from sapphic intimacy and my experience as a lesbian, I focus on highlighting the sentimental bond between women, emphasizing that queer romance comes from an emotional connection rather than sexual intimacy.”
