“Speak 4.0” lets animals communicate with humans

After decades of trial and error, scientists have successfully created the communicative device “Speak 4.0”.

“Speak 4.0” pioneers the technology of transmitting the brain waves of animals into speech. In other words, the lifelong dream of humans to communicate with animals has finally been fulfilled. Besides simply conversing, pets are now able to let their owners know of their needs and concerns, and are also able to better alert their humans of imminent dangers.

The successful invention is the fruition of the efforts of Dr. Vindel Davidson, Dr. Ramy Gray, John Woods as well as the rest of the research and engineering teams at ToTheFuture Corporation. 

ToTheFuture Corporation has long been reputable for their brilliant inventions, the most recent being the ZipZapFood, which is a machine that automatically cooks up whatever is desired. 

When asked what drives the company to stay innovative, Davidson, who is also the company’s founder and director, said, “Here at ToTheFuture Corporation, we strive to think creatively and come up with futuristic inventions.”

He also stated, “ToTheFuture Corporation’s motto is to think beyond technology that already exists, to challenge ourselves to be the world’s leading inventors, changing the world one invention at a time.”

Their newest invention “Speak 4.0” proves the corporation’s astounding ability to innovate and create.

The beginning of the creation process for this communicative device was doubtful, as there were persistent flaws. 

In response to what the early stages of creating “Speak” were like, Gray shared, “It was terrible if I am being honest. When we tested the first version of ‘Speak,’ our test subject, which was my own dog, spoke incoherently and his words were all jumbled up.”

Today, with “Speak 4.0”, Gray is able to have simple conversations with his dog. His dog has also even been able to express his opinions to Gray.

“Just this morning, my dog, Chip, told me my outfit was ugly and that I should change,” Gray said. 

While this may sound too good to be true, it isn’t. Pets can now engage in banter with their humans.

More importantly, pets can also alert their humans of dangers. Without being able to speak, pets are only able to gesture to their humans if they sense danger, and most of the time it is almost impossible to understand their intentions. With “Speak 4.0”, pets are now able to tell their humans what exactly is wrong, protecting them effectively.

Pets have long been man’s best friend, even without being able to fully understand one another. Now, the ability to communicate with them will forever change humans’ interactions with them, strengthening the bond between mankind and animals.

“This invention really began with the purpose of allowing us to understand animals. For a long time mankind and animals have had misunderstandings with each other due to the lack of effective communication. Since humans and animals coexist on the same planet, we wanted to make it possible for us to be able to talk with them,” Woods said. 

“Speak 4.0” has options for all languages spoken around the world, hence users will have the option of changing the language setting accordingly. This makes it widely inclusive, and anyone will be able to use it. 

As “Speak 4.0” just made its debut in the market, time is needed for it to be mass manufactured and distributed globally. Thus, it is currently limited and not made widely available as of yet.
